ILTA Survey: BigHand Tops for Digital Dictation, Macro / Template Package

BigHand has been voted as the number one digital dictation solution in the US according to the 2017 ILTA Technology Survey. BigHand’s document template management solution, BigHand Document Creation, has also claimed the number one spot in the Macro and Template Package category.

CHICAGO, IL - BigHand, a leading provider of voice, workflow and document creation technologies, today announces their number one position in two categories of this year's ILTA Technology Survey. The survey, released on December 20, 2017, recognizes BigHand as the number one digital dictation solution, as well as surpassing the competition to achieve the number one position for macro and template package solutions with BigHand Document Creation.

BigHand’s digital dictation solution has a 46% market share in firms over 150 attorneys, according to the survey. And BigHand Document Creation, their market-leading document formatting and template tool, has reclaimed the top spot among macro and template software providers.

Eric Wangler, President, BigHand North America said, "We are honored to be recognized again this year as the number one digital dictation provider, as well as earning the top honor for BigHand Document Creation in the macro and template package category."

Furthermore, he mentioned, "BigHand is dedicated to providing our customers with tools that not only help people achieve more in less time, but also drive value for the firm and their clients. A great example is the work we completed in 2017 to integrate these two top-performing software packages, allowing a seamless workflow between our digital dictation product and our document creation software. This integration is adding significant value to our clients by increasing efficiency for attorneys and their staff. Being recognized as the number one provider by ILTA in these areas is the ultimate compliment for our business, however, we are equally proud of being recognized in the ILTA survey as a vendor that has ‘done an outstanding job in terms of product quality, support and pricing.' Our entire team shares in this recognition, because they earn it every day!”
