Through enhanced integrations and workflows, we launched BigHand One for Healthcare.
We partnered with several outsourcing agents with our task delegation software to launch a service provider integration.
Prior to the acquisition of DW Reporting and their Business Intelligence and Budgeting and Pricing solutions, BigHand offered clients solutions to improve their back-office operations, we can now provide clients with solutions to improve their front-office and more specifically, their profits.
Expanding on our existing template management solution, we acquired UK company Iphelion. Their latest solution, Pitching and Proposals is a Proposals Automation tool and we can now start to consider the value of making the whole proposals building process more seamless to include business development content, templates and pricing.
Growing our People Productivity Suite, we acquired Resource Management specialists Mason & Cook. The team had built a work allocation tool for lawyers, allowing law firms to identify resources, forecast utilization, manage workloads, support profitability and DEI goals and add structure to career development.
