PERMANENT COOKIES

We do not provide any personally identifiable customer information to these advertisers or third-party websites.  This privacy statement does not cover the use of cookies and other tracking devices by third parties. GOOGLE ANALYTICS (Measuring Site(s) usage)
We use Google Analytics software to collect information about how you use our Site(s). We do this to help make sure the Site(s) are meeting the needs of its users and to help us make improvements.
Google Analytics collects and stores information about:

  • the pages you visit on the Site(s)
  • how long you spend on each page
  • how you got to the Site(s)
  • what you click on while you’re visiting the Site(s)
  • the browser and device you’re using to access the Site(s)

We don’t collect or store your personal information (e.g. your name or address) and none of the information can be used to identify who you are. GOOGLE ADWORDS: allows BigHand to display our adverts in areas on third party websites which you visit further information can be found here.

GOOGLE SIGNALS: We use Google Signals, a feature of Google Analytics, that allows you to track users across devices. It does this by using cookies to collect information about your users' browsing activity. This information can then be used to create cross-device reports, remarketing lists, and other features. PARDOT: allows our Site(s) to remember certain preferences which you set at the time of your first use of our Site(s) and can display those preferences when you next log on to our Site(s). 

MICROSOFT ADS: We use Universal Event Tracking (UET) featured on Microsoft Ads. Microsoft collects Personal Data from users for the purposes of delivering Microsoft Advertising, as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement available here

3. OPTING OUT OF COOKIES, CLEARING COOKIES & CONFIGURING YOUR INTERNET BROWSER
