BigHand announce expanded UK & EMEA Account Management function

Dan Wales joined BigHand in April 2018. After many years of leading finance systems teams, including managing numerous reporting and BI initiatives at large international law firms, Dan founded DW Reporting in 2013 to meet law firm's complex BI, reporting and financial data management needs. DWR became part of the BigHand group in April 2018. As Strategic Account Director at BigHand, Dan and his team bring a wealth of industry knowledge and experience, ensuring our clients have everything they need to consistently achieve professional productivity and operational excellence in their firms.

Looking outside of the Top 100 and ensuring our customer base of some 1,800 UK law firms is equally well supported, Rachel Gray takes the reigns as Regional Sales Director, UK. Having worked client-side for a law firm, as well as having been one of our BigHand’s highest performing Account Managers for several years, Rachel Gray is perfectly placed to lead the regional team. Behind BigHand’s strong Account Management team is some of the best technical and product brains in the business, all of whom are highly experienced in delivering solutions to hundreds of global and UK law firms. Matthew Davis, recently promoted to Client Solutions Director, is at the helm of this team whose vision and drive it is to ensure that BigHand’s solutions continue to deliver real value to clients.
