Starting out as VoiceWrite, we were a reseller of Nuance Dragon Box Copy before developing BigHand Dictate with inbuilt workflow. In the following 10+ years, we released several versions and became market leaders.
2008
We launched the first enterprise dictation app for mobile on Blackberry 10. We have continued to develop on mobile platforms including first-to-market apps for iOS and Android. Development has continued to support several leading MDM solutions.
2010
What a year! nFlow was another Digital Dictation provider which enabled us to reach more clients with our new speech recognition solution. In addition, BigHand for Healthcare started, +75 NHS trusts now use BigHand everyday!
2013
Verdatum were a Digital Dictation supplier in North America and dFlow were a reseller of BigHand solutions in The Netherlands. BigHand Professional, our first SaaS solution was launched for SME law firms.
2014
Our first acquisition beyond voice solutions, we acquired template management provider Esquire which integrates with our voice solutions to create and style templates simply.
2016
Building on our core workflow engine, we launched BigHand Now - our task delegation solution. The solution enables tasks to be automatically routed to the right resource while gaining visibility of the work submitted and completed by support staff.
2017
Through enhanced integrations and workflows, we launched BigHand One for Healthcare. In addition, we partnered with several outsourcing agents with our task delegation software to launch a service provider integration.
2018
Prior to the acquisition of DW Reporting and their Business Intelligence and Budgeting and Pricing solutions, BigHand offered clients solutions to improve their back-office operations, we can now provide clients with solutions to improve their front-office and more specifically, their profits.
2019
Expanding on our existing template management solution, we acquired UK company Iphelion. Their latest solution, PitchPoint is a Proposals Automation tool and we can now start to consider the value of making the whole proposals building process more seamless to include business development content, templates and pricing.
