BigHand’s 16th annual conference ‘makes big happen’ for hundreds of law firm clients

Leading legal technology provider BigHand yesterday hosted its 16th annual conference in the heart of London.

Welcoming over 300 attendees from a variety of legal firms and organisations, the client-centric event featured thought-provoking sessions on a range of industry challenges and showcased the latest features and upgrades to BigHand’s suite of legal technology products.

Throughout the day, attendees heard from like-minded legal professionals about shared challenges and approaches to modern-day firm management, in roles ranging from finance and operations to partners, resource management and support services.

The latest versions of BigHand’s full product range were showcased, demonstrating the ways in which it supports lawyers and clients throughout the matter lifecycle with technology and data. This included its award-winning Resource Management, Business Intelligence and Workflow Management solutions, as well as its ever-popular Document Creation tools and the newly AI-enabled Matter Pricing solution.

Sam Toulson, Chief Executive Officer at BigHand, said "To be able to host the BigHand Conference every year and showcase our clients innovation in the legal industry, is incredible. We were thrilled to have been joined by so many clients who shared real experiences of what it means to run a successful modern day law firm, the challenges that can entail, and how BigHand’s solutions can underpin the change needed to drive real efficiencies and profitability in today’s market.”

Briana McCrory, Chief Marketing Officer at BigHand adds, “We’re in a privileged position with the conference to bring together leaders across different law firm business functions, all with similar challenges, for a rare networking and learning opportunity in the industry. It also provides us with vital client feedback that goes straight into our product innovation. It was fantastic to spend time with so many clients yesterday and to give something back.”
