BigHand and Servtouch establish relationship to support joint growth and deliver advanced voice productivity and workflow technology to the Asian market


"BigHand is pleased to announce a key partnership with channel partner Servtouch in Singapore, Asia,” says Tony Bleasdale, BigHand Managing Director for APAC.

“In the past year we have met with many providers, but none impressed us more than Servtouch with their knowledge and client support ethos.” 

BigHand and Servtouch are responding to demand across Asia, specifically from legal and professional service firms, for solutions such as digital dictation and speech Recognition, as well as workflow and document production technologies. With the latest partnership, clients in the region will be able to benefit from BigHand’s technology with greater local support. 

Prior to the partnership, BigHand conducted a thorough research phase to find the right channel partner in Singapore to support and drive regional sales.  This involved meeting with a number of providers and finding an alignment in business ethos, as well as a common drive to offer exemplary customer service. Research lead BigHand to Servtouch and an exciting agreement.

In addition to BigHand’s core voice productivity solutions, Servtouch is also the first partner to offer BigHand’s workflow and document production tools, BigHand Workflow Management and BigHand Office, which were both launched at the BigHand APAC conference in Sydney in March 2015.
