BigHand goes big with record-breaking BigHand User Conference

BigHand held it's latest User Conference, showcasing it's BI, pricing and workflow tools to a range of legal and healthcare clients. Find out more about the event in this news article.

Last week, BigHand hosted their 14th Annual User Conferences, tailored to both its Healthcare and Legal clients in Manchester and London, attracting over 400 attendees from organisations of all sizes.

Having continued on its growth curve over the last 18 months, the event successfully showcased BigHand’s vision to be the most supportive technology partner in the industry for helping organisations transition to more ‘business-oriented’ ways of working.

This year’s theme was ‘Insight to Action’ – drawing on the insight provided by the BigHand solutions to inspire data-driven action in Legal and Healthcare organisations. The events continue to grow year on year and were sponsored in 2019 by BigHand partners, Philips and Olympus

BigHand’s latest technology advances were revealed, including key developments to its business intelligence and pricing solutions acquired from DW Reporting last year, and its newest templating and proposals solutions from the acquisition of template management leader iPhelion in August.

The agenda featured several customer panel sessions with speakers ranging in roles from Legal CFO’s and COO’s, to Support Services Managers and Operations, as well as Chief Clinical Information Officers, and Clinical Safety Officers from a range of Healthcare organisations.

Dan Speed, Managing Director at BigHand comments, “The BigHand User Conference is a showcase not only of BigHand and our products, but also of our clients work and the impressive innovation happening in the industry. We are delighted to have been joined by our Healthcare and Legal clients, and to have an impressive 25 client speakers share their stories of running operational improvement projects, and how technology is key to underpinning those.”

Briana McCrory, Group Marketing Director at BigHand, adds “At BigHand, we pride ourselves on listening to our customers, and using their feedback in our technology development and project delivery. The BigHand User Conference provides us with this vital feedback and is an opportunity for us to give something back to our clients.”

For those who couldn’t attend on the day, BigHand will shortly be releasing dates for a series of lunch briefings across the UK and Ireland to share the event learnings and demonstrate the BigHand range of solutions.
