One of the Humber region’s leading law firms, Pepperells Solicitors, has chosen BigHand as their digital dictation provider, following a comprehensive analysis of all major suppliers. Having recently merged with well-respected local law firm, Myer Wolff Solicitors, they needed a new digital dictation platform to amalgamate their working practices and provide them with additional mobile and speech recognition functionalities.
Ben Pepperell, Managing Partner at Pepperells supervised the project of sourcing and securing a new voice productivity solution, which could merge the two companies’ individual IT infrastructures to combine and improve working processes. Pepperells will use BigHand’s core digital dictation across the company, with all users benefiting from the mobility function and enabling Pepperells staff to be more productive using their voices while on the go, outside of the office.

Pepperells have initially purchased a small number of speech recognition user licences, with the view to increase this number in the future. They were impressed with the advanced capabilities of the highly proven speech recognition module, which staff will be able to actively use to turn work around quicker and independently if needs be.
