BigHand, a leading technology company, has strengthened its management team with the appointment of a new Customer Care Manager, Janice Davenport.
Commenting on the appointment, Ben Mills, Managing Director of UK Legal, says: “As the business continues to grow in new markets and territories, adding new products and technologies to our portfolio, a need was identified for someone who would champion the voice of the customer and drive excellence within the BigHand customer care programme. Janice has always impressed with her passion for customer care and brings with her valuable knowledge and experience, which will help us greatly as we continue to grow."
Janice joined BigHand as an Account Manager in 2011. In her new position as Customer Care Manager, Janice will call on the experience and knowledge accumulated over the past five years to help resolve customer issues in all aspects of the business including products, services, sales and renewals.
Janice says: "I am really happy to be the customer advocate for BigHand. It’s about engaging fully with our customers to leverage and build on existing relationships. It’s about being there to support the renewal process and helping customers to get the most from BigHand technology. Moreover it’s about going over and above.
