BigHand Digital Dictation Solution offers seamless integration with law firm’s case management system, increasing flexibility and efficiency
London, 18th June 2015 - Corporate and private law firm, Beswicks Legal, has selected BigHand’s feature rich digital dictation solution with additional mobility functionality to replace the firm’s incumbent provider, as part of a wider technology upgrade to help increase firm-wide productivity and provide an enhanced customer experience. Beswicks implemented BigHand, as it offered seamless integration with the firm’s new case management system, Tikit Partner for Windows (P4W), and could support its move to a Microsoft-based mobile strategy.

Beswicks rolled BigHand out across the business following a straightforward transition and implementation of the software. The firm’s 40 lawyers and administrative staff are now enjoying the benefits of the integrated solution and mobile app.
