Stephen became Cleint Services Director 5 years after heading up project management and installation, during which he was responsible for overseeing a team that delivered more than 600 successful new customer installations covering North America, the UK and Australia. The new Client Services Division encompasses project management, technical installation services, training as well as the global support and helpdesk teams.

Will joined BigHand in January 2003 as a consultant installing, implementing and training firms such as Boodle Hatfield, Charles Russell, Denton Wilde Sapte, Simmons & Simmons and Richards Butler on using BigHand technology. In 2004 working closely with BigHand’s development team Will began an intensive commercial beta test programme with the new product BigHand3, which was released 2005. Will is the internal expert on released products and associated peripherals at BigHand.

Paul joined BigHand in 2004 bringing with him a wealth of experience in support after working in the professional services industry since 1997. Paul has overall responsibility for the global implementations team and the Training and Certification Programme for BigHand implementation partners. This includes pre-sales technical and architectural design advice, consultancy and product research and development. Paul currently specialises in high-level technical design, support and international implementations with experience in projects with the largest law firms in the UK, Australia and the North America.

Os joined BigHand during 2008 and is responsible for the global technical support team, with personnel operating out of Chicago, Sydney and the UK. BigHand’s global support team provides clients with access to comprehensive round the clock technical support, wherever they are based. Os brings over 13 years IT experience having worked in a variety of support roles in large global organisations.
