London, UK - May 4th, 2007 - BigHand has today announced that leading London commercial property firm Thomas Davidson, has successfully completed its firm wide roll out of the BigHand digital dictation workflow solution. The installation has enabled the firm to efficiently transmit dictations for immediate transcription, thereby slashing document turnaround times and increasing internal secretarial capacity to assist in a broad range of business functions.

The firm had recognised the inefficiency of tape dictation methods, and implemented BigHand technology to improve the management of workflow, and offer the flexibility to send dictations for immediate transcription. Cost savings, streamlining the dictation process and rationalising support staff were also key drivers behind the decision to implement the BigHand solution.

Luke Holland, Partner at Thomas Davidson championed the switch to digital dictation, and comments:
