BigHand Systems that are integrated with Active Directory (AD) has a task group available in BigHand System Administration. Administrators are able to view synchronization information as BigHand synchronizes with any changes made within AD. BigHand simplifies user set up with the availability of User Templates so that users are imported into BigHand with little effort. Users are automatically logged in to BigHand with their Windows credentials so there is no need to remember an extra username or password.
