London, UK – May 31st, 2007 – Leeds based Legal 500 firm Shulmans has recently upgraded its BigHand digital dictation system to BigHand3. The firm has been using BigHand technology since 2004 following a selection process involving 3 providers. Shulmans carried out extensive research amongst firms already using digital dictation systems, and selected BigHand based on client references, market share and ‘total solution provider’ reputation.

Users at the firm had tired of restrictive tape dictation methods, and moved in favour of the increased flexibility afforded by the BigHand workflow solution.
