BigHand wins ‘Best Use of Technology in Business’ for South-East at The National Business Awards 2007 |

London, UK – July 16th, 2007 – BigHand, the Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in voice productivity, has won the ‘Best Use of Technology in Business 2007’ regional award for the South-East of England. The award was made at the regional finals at The Royal Lancaster Hotel, in recognition of the market leading combination of innovation, functionality & reliability of BigHand’s digital dictation workflow software. The multiple mobility features that BigHand has developed in the last year to enhance remote working for professionals were also recognized. Outstanding financial performance and commercial stability were additional criteria cited in the category.
The National Business Awards, sponsored by Orange, recognises and rewards excellence, innovation and success. Uniquely open to organisations of all sizes and from any industry sector – public or private – the best of British businesses are able to showcase their achievements and benchmark their successes against firms and bodies of all types. The process involves an initial, highly detailed application covering numerous areas of the business and culminates with 4 regional finalists presenting to a panel of 5 independent industry experts.
