The digital dictation system, called TotalSpeech, has been developed by leading specialists, BigHand, who customised their technology to meet Hart Brown's specific needs.Lawyers can now dictate directly onto computer using a microphone or headset from wherever they are - even away from the office - and the resulting sound file is sent electronically to their secretary for transcription, improving speed of file handover and sound quality.The software is flexible, user-friendly and genuinely streamlines internal workflows, which is why so many large City firms are switching to digital dictation.
