BigHand users can use BigHand via the Citrix Web Access with the full functionality of the BigHand client. The BigHand application appears as a separate folder and can contain other BigHand applications such as Reports or System Administration, depending on your user type. BigHand also connects via VPN over Citrix, letting users have access to the BigHand application. A remote PC can have BigHand installed or users can use Remote Desktop Connection (RDP) to their work PC with BigHand already installed.
