LATEST Top Scottish Firm Burness Proclaims BigHand3 Project Superb

London, UK – August 2nd, 2007 – BigHand has today announced that Burness LLP, a leading Top-250* Scottish law firm, has completed its rollout of BigHand3 digital dictation workflow technology to 180 users across its Edinburgh and Glasgow offices. Burness carried out a thorough review of the market before selecting BigHand as the preferred supplier, with research including Winscribe, nFlow, G2 Speech and DictaNet. The selection of BigHand3 was based on product superiority, comprehensive range of remote working options and seamless integration with Interwoven Worksite 8. The integration with Worksite 8 will take place in phase 2 of the project.

Ian Ferguson, IT Director at Burness, championed the move to digital dictation, and makes reference to the BigHand3 system as ‘‘the best thing since sliced bread, with no crusts.’’

Ian further comments:
