BigHand Awarded AT&T Enterprise Solution Certification
BigHand Inc, a voice productivity software vendor for professional service organizations, has announced its mobile app has achieved AT&T Certified Enterprise Solution status
Chicago, IL – Oct 6, 2009 -- BigHand, the leading voice productivity application in the professional services community, has passed the AT&T certification process and is now officially certified across AT&T networks and devices. The AT&T devCentral Program provides potential customers with an assurance of quality and reliability, and certification is based on tests by independent labs.
BigHand software allows professionals such as lawyers, clinicians, realtors, and accountants to record, edit and send voice files or verbal tasks to office based admin support, or access outsourced business services. Voice tasks, instructions and dictations sent on-the-go via BigHand then instantly enter the office workflow, and are tracked via status updates, priorities and alerts. Overall BigHand helps users get more work done, expedites the document production process, reduces support costs and improves client service. BigHand software is used by over 900 organizations and 90,000 users across the professional service and healthcare sectors.
AT&T’s certification process involves stringent testing to confirm the solution’s performance, user interface, data integrity, application security and wireless data transmission efficiency all meet or exceed AT&T usability guidelines. As a result the BigHand Mobile App is now an ‘AT&T Certified Solution’ on the BlackBerry 8300, 8310, 8800, 8820, Bold, 8900, Windows Mobile HTC Fuze, and Samsung Jack.
