Andrew M Jackson, one of the leading law firms in Yorkshire, has experienced an enormous surge from clients trying to meet the Stamp Duty Land Tax deadlines on the 30th November. AMJ Managing Partner Rob Penrose said that the firm's ability to deal with the burgeoning number of stamp duty transactions had been increased because staff were using BigHand Digital Dictation.

This has greatly enhanced client service as a whole.The firm is also about to use the software to enable flexible working across the firm. Fee-earners or secretaries will be able to work from home which will greatly help them in a variety of circumstances, such as maternity leave, or parents of young children.
