“Shoosmiths ran a full market review of all available products before taking the two leading systems, BigHand3 and Winscribe, onto a head-to-head product analysis phase. BigHand3 was the only product that satisfied Shoosmiths’ extensive feature and architecture requirements. We also preferred the fact that BigHand developers are based in the UK, rather than New Zealand, and that BigHand had more experience with Top-100 law firms than all the other DDS suppliers combined. Our secretaries have found the product to be quite intuitive and liked it straight away.”
